Mom Goes to Prison

I went to prison. On Sunday, June 19, Father's Day, I went to prison. I originially went to play softball, but due to the heat being too extreme, just spent time with inmates - talking, praying with them and throwing the ball around. It was an amazing time of worship and fellowship. I am super excited to go back VERY soon. We have rescheduled our games for the morning in hopes that we can finally get them in. The inmates were so excited about being able to play. They had invested quite a bit of time practicing and getting ready, so they were even more disappointed than we were - if that is possible.
